Today is harvest day for our soy bean crops. When the combine comes my son is ecstatic. It is so much fun for him to sit out on the lawn and watch the crops come in. And of course it is nice to see a seasons hard work come to a conclusion with a nice payoff. Of course we will miss the site of bean crops all around us…since they will be baren for a long time. Ah well….until spring I guess when the crops will be renewed…with corn of course.
