Pumpkin Face Mask

Pumpkin Face Mask

If you love pumpkins like I do then you still have plenty sitting around the house (inside and out). I buy them in bulk for decorative purposes and then hope that I can get creative enough to use them all before they start to go bad. One of the ways I use them is to make pumpkin puree in my crockpot. I then use my own homemade puree for everything that you would otherwise use canned pumpkin for. It is so much healthier for you!

After you make pies, cookies, cakes, souffle, soup, and all the other pumpkin foods you want to make in the fall…why not use some for a DIY beauty mask? Pumpkin is rich in vitamins A and C, zinc, beneficial alpha-hydroxy acids, it soothes the skin and it has antioxidants that help repair cellular damage. A pumpkin face mask that will help rejuvenate your skin that may be chapped and dry this time of year.
