		<description>This post struck a cord with me.  I have a tendancy toward anxiety.  I&#039;ve been reading a great book called The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.  His basic premise is that if you stay focused on the &#039;Now&#039; or the present, you will be at peace.  It&#039;s when you spend time thinking about the past and the future that you get stuck with negative thoughts.</description>
