I must admit I got pretty much all of the big stuff new &#039;cause they were gifts.  But I still frequented the thrift store for clothes.  I figured I could reuse anything if I had more children and, hey, they were paying. ;)
 I was a teacher at the time and I borrowed my hubby&#039;s polo shirts and paired them with basic maternity pants and skirts to save some money.
We also didn&#039;t push the solids so I only had to make baby food purees for like a month before he started eating finger foods.  And breastfeeding and cloth diapering are both easier than people would like you to think.</description>
