I've used glass pyrex (with airtight plastic lids) to store leftovers in the freezer before. Do you know if this is OK? I've never had a problem but just started trying it out a couple weeks ago.

Cristina's last blog post..We're Having a White Christmas After All

We have a large stock of those glasses POM tea come in to use if extra people come over. We also get creative and use things like coffee mugs for soups. Overall though we have quite a collection of glasses, bowls and plates, we even have a box that is still sitting in my sister's basement that I keep forgetting to take from when my sister and her husband bought new stuff and gave me their old stuff.
