I love to shop at Etsy for local wares. But I do like and support companies like Plan Toys and Melissa and Doug as well, despite their outsourcing of production because they are bringing healthier and more sustainable toys to the masses. If a plastic tea set and wooden tea set both come from Thialand the wood is still better than the plastic. I think you might be forgetting that MOST of the plastic tea sets you find in stores are manufactured in foreign countries like China and Thialand. Actually no.
