Cool website! Do you know if you can find those products in the US? We had to gut our only full bath b/c of problems. We have been trying to remodel it "green" but have not been able to locate affordable options for the most part. We did purchase Marmoleum for the flooring and are using Fresh Aire paint. Right now we are looking we are trying to find a vanity and counter top that will fit our odd 60's custom size nook.

The joy's of remodeling!

My parents had a similar issue with theie 60's green bathroom and recently had the entire bathroom resurfaced in white. It looks amazing! The tile people said the tile from that era is so much better than what you can find today, so it was cheaper to just spray the bathroom. Just something you may want to consider.

The thing I would be looking at would be manufacturing process...the companies practices and water usage on the faucets. Low flow=best. As far as the powder blue toilet...if it is older, it probably uses too much water as it is. It may be a greener option to get a new, low flow model. HTH!
p.s. I am jealous...we have 1 bathroom for 6 people!

You could buy them used from somewhere or have an old one resurfaced. Just trying to think in terms of recyclling. Other than that, I don't know. I wonder if they make a tub out of recycled glass?
