Are you sure you want to be using cheese that's colored yellow? Milk isn't yellow when it comes out of the cow, so what are they putting into cheddar cheese to make it yellow? ;) We only buy white cheddar cheese ... Just food for thought, love your site and your insight.

That sounds delicious! We tend to get into a food rut around here and sometimes just having one great recipe helps us move out of our rather boring comfort zone.

I also just wanted to let you know that over at Greenbabyguide.com, we're hosting HUGE gift basket giveaways in honor of the release of our first book. It's focused on eco-friendly, budget-friendly living with a babe and is entitled, "The Eco-nomical Baby Guide: Down-to-Earth Ways for Parents to Save Money and the Planet." I hope you'll stop by and enter one of our giveaways this month!
