Yesterday my daughter pulled me out of photo taking doldrums. I have sorely missed using my dear camera and when I discovered my daughter camped out in her favorite tree again, I had a reason to grab it. There just isn't much to inspire me in winter and that is rough on someone who feels like taking pictures is as vital as oxygen. But spring is returning and I am getting a second wind.

Funny thing your title made me think back. My sister, 4 other girls on our stree, and I spent a good portion of our time up trees and on top of swing sets.
I don’t remember the boys climbing trees. Our 2 cousins probably weren’t allowed to. (Their parents invented helicopter parenting). I don’t know why the other 4 or 5 boys were never up there with us.
My daughter loves to climb trees too! This reminds me of the great photos I have of her in our plum tree.
Love your photos. Wish we had a climbing tree in our backyard.
I’m SO glad to see this post, those pictures are absolutely beautiful. I have one son, but when I was a girl I LOVED climbing trees and building forts… definitely glad to see another girl doing the same. Lovely!
Looks like a lot of find and brings back a lot of memories. I was a total tomboy or according to my father, possibly half-monkey…lol. Wonderful pics! And yes, climbing trees is not just for boys! :D
You took some great shots! Your daughter is beautiful.
Thanks for stopping by Healthy Moms and leaving us a comment!
Have a terrific Tuesday!
You’re daughter is losing her baby look to her. Especially in the second picture, she’s getting big! :)
Wow!! What a beautiful girl!! I remember my childhood days when I should to climb trees too. Having this experience makes me life and healthy now. Take care of your baby.. God Bless
So Cute*
