A week in breakfasts... More homemade yogurt. MUCH creamier no? I cannot take the credit though. My husband seems to have taken up this yogurt making hobby too and perfected it. So why is it that we think winter weather means getting sick? That whole idea that cold causes illness is just an old wives tale but yet we do seem to get more illnesses in the cold weather months. Making Yogurt at Home
There are so many reasons to try making your own yogurt at home. For one we get to eliminate yet another source of plastic in our lives because very few yogurt companies offer their product in glass containers.
