It uses magnesium flakes which you can buy for less than a spray and you can make lots more spray, making it a better value.
DIY Magnesium Spray
1/2 Cup magnesium flakes
1/2 Cup boiling water
Mix the flakes and the water together in a glass measuring cup. Once the flakes have dissolved, pour the spray mixture into a dark glass spray bottle. You can also add a couple drops of lavender essential oil if you want a pretty scent.
Spray every day after your shower and also before bed.
