Pumpkins, Pumpkins Everywhere

by Tiffany in Photography

Pulled the kids out of school this week to enjoy the Pumpkin Festival in Circleville, Ohio. To say that pumpkins were everywhere is an understatement! I added pumpkin burgers, pretzels, and pizza to my list of bizarre foods I have seen there. It was a lovely fall day.

I actually twisted my ankle that morning… ironically while I carted a big pumpkin out to the compost bin. It felt okay to walk on all during the festival but by the time I got home I could barely walk and spent the next two days in bed, LOL.

Pumpkin Elephant Ears

My mom got one of these and was peeved that my kids refused to help her eat it… not even a bite. She insists I have the most bizarre kids ever.

Weekend Shots

by Tiffany in Photography

Not an eventful weekend, just some walking throughout the city with my favorite daughter, a small road trip to see some Fall leaves, and lazy days with family…

In LOVE with this Face…

by Tiffany in Photography

In love with this face AND the new lens I just got only moments ago to capture this face. She really is sugar and spice and everything nice. Those eyes, those lashes, that dimple, those natural curls…. they do me in every time.

Beautiful Face

Gorgeous Smile

This is my first prime lens and it rocks.. can’t wait to break it in this weekend at the Apple Festival!

Goodbye to Summer…

by Tiffany in Photography

Goodbye to summer 2009, we enjoyed you so…

The little songs of summer are all gone today.
The little insect instruments are all packed away:
The bumblebee’s snare drum, the grasshopper’s guitar,
The katydid’s banjo, the cricket’s violin,
The dragonfly’s cello have ceased their merry din.
Oh, where is the orchestra?  From harpist down to drummer
They’ve all disappeared with the passing of the summer.

Take Storytime Outside – WW

by Tiffany in Children, Photography

One of my best tips for getting kids outside… go with them! Grab a blanket and some books and read to them… fun in your own backyard.
