Ingredients 2 c. spelt flour or whole wheat flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. milk, coconut milk, almond milk, or rice milk 1 1/2 c. applesauce 1 c. pure maple syrup, 1/2 c. crushed walnuts Preheat the oven to 350F.
