Fitness Friday – Good To Be Back

It has been weeks since I posted an update about the Go Green Get Fit Challenge I started in early summer. All throughout August it seems my fitness goals just fell to the bottom of my priority list. A few months back my husband and I fell in love with coconut juice/water. I had long known the claims surrounding it and we already used coconut oil, coconut flour, and the fresh meat from young coconuts for raw desserts, coconut yogurt and coconut kefir.
