Most of the ornaments you see in big box stores are made of plastic. The shelf life of plastic (uh, forever) makes it a poor choice for those who want to keep the holidays green. Plus there is just something so cold and unholiday-like about plastic. Friday Wrap Up – Make Your Own Disco Ball
Have a great weekend everyone! I leave you with a few cool links to check out over the weekend. I ran across some cool DIY instructions on Keesta for making your own Disco ball made from recycled materials. I think I have enough junk CDs to do this but no Styrofoam ball and I would hate to buy one...maybe paper mache might work?
