Reusable bottles are a big factor in our home. My husband and I use ours daily at the gym and as CrossFitters we have pretty high standards. We aren't going to go with single use plastic bottles ever and some of the more flimsy plastic and stainless bottles might be crushed in class. New Year, New You with Newsky Shoes
This morning I hit the gym for the first time of 2012. Not only did I feel like the energizer bunny (thanks to paleo/primal foods!) I wore some new athletic shoes thanks to the fine people at PlanetShoes. Last month they sent me a pair of the "new" New Balance shoes, called NewSky.
