Essential Oils for Hair

By Tiffany 25 Comments

The typical woman does so much to damage her hair these days. Think hair dryers, curling irons, flat irons, and a myriad of products all laced with unsavory chemicals...shampoo, conditioner, mousse, and hairspray. We all want shiny, voluminous hair that makes us look our best right? Well, all of these products we are using are counterproductive to that. We can actually change the way our hair looks, grows, and feels by making a few changes in our hair care routine, changing some of our … [Read more...]

I usually put them in the slow cooker and make my own pumpkin puree for pancakes, smoothies, and soufles. That is about it...until now. You can bet I will be stocking up on pie pumpkins so I can make this soup throughout fall and … [Read more...]

Natural Ways to Relieve a Head Cold

By Tiffany Leave a Comment

When we natural/green mamas get sick and are down for the count it might be tempting to go to the drugstore and grab the nearest over the counter medication for some quick relief. Let's face it, there might not be anyone around to take care us...make us soup and fluff our pillows. Heck, we are lucky if we can take a nap when we have little ones running around. We still have to take care of our families and take care of the home, even while sick. Such is the life of a mom right? Still when we do … [Read more...]
