Getting children to eat healthy foods with lots of fresh fruit, veggies, and greens is often times no easy task. Many children just aren't adventurous when it comes to food. A blog reader pointed out to me recently that I never mention alternative and more eco friendly menstrual products. I think I may have mentioned them briefly in the past but I agree I do not mention them nearly enough.
