Sleep Number m7 Bed Review
If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook then you probably saw my updates about hanging out at a Sleep Number® store in mid June. I guess it doesn't take much to draw some conclusions and guess that we were getting a new bed and you would be right. Go Green Get Fit – Week Four

Go Green Get Fit – Week One
Week one of the Go Green Get Fit Challenge presented by Planet Shoes and the EcoMom Alliance officially starts today. It is hot on the tail of one of my first timed and judged workouts (this past Thursday). I just got home from a vigorous CrossFit workout. When I walked in the door my hubby was just about to take off for the golf course but he always asks how my workout was.
