We will never be a TV free family. We enjoy our televisions and our gaming consoles here. We also have smart phones, tablets, and rokus. These are modern luxuries that we happen to love. Why We Have Chosen Public School
More and more frequently I get comments on this blog or on Facebook about how I should be homeschooling. Many are well meaning. They think homeschool rocks and they want me to experience this bliss myself. A handful are a tad condescending. Back in the Water Again!
Feeling so jazzed today. I grew up in the Southwest and was a real water baby for pretty much my whole life. Growing up we always had an in ground pool and for 9 months out of the year I would spend most of my free time in the water.... that or roller blading. Friday Favorite: A Good Book
Even though I work from home as a writer and affiliate marketer and I have no set hours I still like to think of the weekends as work-free time. If you see me posting on a weekend it is usually because I have post-dated my ramblings on Thursday or Friday to appear over the weekend.
