The foundation for a healthy immune system for our kids is a healthy diet with all the vitamins and nutrients their growing bodies need, getting adequate exercise, and good sleep. When I think of what I want my bedroom to be, I think about a serene and tranquil place that I can retire to after an exhausting, activity filled day.
