About a year ago (maybe less) my family fell in love with green smoothies. No it has nothing to do with green in the eco sense of the word but rather what is in the smoothie...lots of fresh, leafy greens. Spring is just around the corner and pretty soon we will start seeing the first of springs harvest. I can almost taste the fresh leafy greens. It is time to start planting seedlings for your garden.
