Raw Food for Kids
Just in case you missed it, I posted about kids and raw food over at my other blog. It is challenging IMO to commit to a raw foods diet because it is so different than what we all grew up and with. It also contrasts with what is considered the "norm" nowadays. Kids in particular can be hard to transition away from processed, chemical laden, nutritionally deficient cooked foods.
