Gift wrapping paper with all it's bright colors and beautiful design is often hard to resist. Yet it is also expensive and wasteful to produce and use. What is eco friendly about Easter? Hmmm...not much. Cheap plastic eggs, plastic grass, candy with too much sugar and loaded with artificial coloring and flavors....  well at least most Easter egg hunts take place in the great outdoors.
