Natural Health magazine is another magazine on my faves list. Unlike many more conventional health mags this one actually does seem to support natural remedies and being proactive with your health so that you need few interventions. Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil
In general I am a believer in supplementation. While I do believe that we should always aim to get everything we need from food I think this is not always possible. Freedom Gardens – Grow Your Own Food
I have been reading about WWII Victory/Freedom Gardens lately. I am not sure when the concept began but our history is rich with stories of people who used times of war and economic depression (like The Great Depression) to get proactive and start growing their own food.
