Shopping Cart Baskets

By Tiffany 4 Comments

Loving my shopping cart baskets from Reuseit. Relying on reusable bags can be hit or miss because you may not remember to take them. If you keep them in your car that can be messy if you need a lot (like we do). These baskets, however, are easy to use at the store and don't take up much room in the car. We just fit them inside the shopping cart and fill the cart up as we usually would. Then you, or the person bagging the groceries, just skips the whole bagging part and puts them back in the … [Read more...]

Ways to Channel Our ‘Inner Lorax’ at Home

By Tiffany 1 Comment

So have you seen The Lorax yet? If so, then you know that it is fodder for lots of conversations within your family about environmentalism and how to put into practice Lessons With The Lorax. Mystery Light – Secrets of the Sea

By Tiffany 1 Comment

This particular game was a hit with my 9 year old and my 5 year old. It is soooo very clever IMO and a lot of fun to play. If you have kids that are intrigued by deep sea exploration, boating, or maybe even pirates.. then this will be well received. The game is played "underwater" as … [Read more...]

LeapFrog Tag Giveaway

By Tiffany 223 Comments

Remember my Leaprog Tag review from awhile back? Well, we my daughter is still using her Tag frequently...as in once a week or more. In the evenings she often likes to wind down by listening to Fancy Nancy or Olivia books. I am still convinced that it is a great way to keep a child occupied in an educational way while you run errands, travel, or sit in the DMV waiting for your number to be called. March is National Reading Month and to celebrate LeapFrog has started a campaign to get parents … [Read more...]
