Hot enough for you yet? Here in central Ohio the temperature has been in the high 80s, low 90s with outrageous humidity levels. To keep costs down and keep us all cool we are rocking most of the tips I outline in my post on 10 Ways to Stay Cool Without Air Conditioning. I despise high energy bills for a variety of reasons but one big one is that I would rather spend that money on fun times with my kids! Another is that I find it a personal challenge to consume less and prove that we can live leaner and greener without sacrificing quality of life.
