Summer Home Maintenance Tips

The weather in Ohio has been a little crazy lately. We have been alternating between rainy and cool, hot and humid, or just plain hot, hot, hot. Some days the A/C is running and some days not. Cooks know that as the temperatures outside increases, the desire to cook decreases. It has already hit me full force... I don't want to heat the kitchen by using my oven at all.
