Fiberlicious Muffins With Apple and Flax

Here is a recipe that I made this morning. Not only are these muffins perfect for breakfast but they are sooo yummy and good for you too. They are a great source of whole grains and high fiber, and the flaxseed provides Omega-3 oils. They were a big hit with my whole family. Even when the kids were little they scarfed these down. I adore soft pretzels. Every time I walk by a place that sells soft pretzels in a mall or airport my traitorous body tries to convince me that I must have one. Shampoo Bars – A Green Option

As I mentioned yesterday I am a big fan of shampoo bars. They are usually all I use in fact because they have a big green benefit...no waste. There is no plastic shampoo bottle to throw away and that could be quite a bit of plastic over time not entering the waste stream. I have used many different shampoo bars and my favorites are the ones that come wrapped in fabric or a simple strip of paper...then the fabric/paper can be reused in crafts or composted.
