Soda is one those hot button topics for many. Health minded parents think of it as thorn in their side...something always there to tempt kids into drinking tons of sugar. Berry Smooth Summer Smoothie
No doubt I have mentioned before that I am a smoothie freak. I am "trying" to cut down to just one a day because I can really go overboard, especially in the summer.
