This cookbook sat on my Amazon wishlist for quite awhile. I kept resisting the urge to buy because it was nearly $20. Another Reason to Love My Bazura Bags
Last year I got some Bazura Bags to use for packed lunches. We like them quite a bit for that use, the kids especially. A lunch bag made of recycled juice bags just has a cool factor I guess. I like them for quickie lunches on the go because they have carrying handles and it looks like a purse. Ingredients 2 c. spelt flour or whole wheat flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. milk, coconut milk, almond milk, or rice milk 1 1/2 c. applesauce 1 c. pure maple syrup, 1/2 c. crushed walnuts Preheat the oven to 350F.
