Have You Ever Wanted to Do a Mud Run?

Last year I really, really wanted to do mud run. I run quite often in CrossFit class and do lots of jumping, hanging on bars, and climbing ropes as well. Dinner Planning With eMeals

I like the idea of meal planning...in theory. In practice I typically only plan out two to three meals in advance. I just don't have the organization skills or patience to plan much beyond that. I Love Nature But Do I Have to Love Spiders?

The other day I was watching my daughter play outside and she started to freak out about a bee. If it wasn't a bee it would have been a bug.
