I was motivated to write this post after a headline popped up on my Facebook feed today that declared the Paleo diet to be "pathetic". My Week With the Mazda 3i
I had the pleasure of rolling out in yet anther green(er) car this week. Unlike the last, which was all electric, the Mazda 3i is a greener choice because it has great fuel economy. Sleep Number m7 Bed Review
If you follow me on Twitter or Facebook then you probably saw my updates about hanging out at a Sleep Number® store in mid June. I guess it doesn't take much to draw some conclusions and guess that we were getting a new bed and you would be right. Raw Food for Kids
Just in case you missed it, I posted about kids and raw food over at my other blog. It is challenging IMO to commit to a raw foods diet because it is so different than what we all grew up and with. It also contrasts with what is considered the "norm" nowadays. Kids in particular can be hard to transition away from processed, chemical laden, nutritionally deficient cooked foods.
