Educational Toys for Natural Kids

By Tiffany 9 Comments

It's spring break around these parts and summer is not too far away now. I find that public schooling often feeds feelings of boredom because kids are super scheduled all day and when they come home they still want "activity". Few of us though want that activity to revolve around video games and television so educational toys have become increasingly popular among parents in recent years. There are a couple of reasons for this. Some parents believe that educational toys will not only … [Read more...]

AlkaMate for Alkalized Water Daily

By Tiffany 7 Comments

Quite some time ago I got in the habit of drinking alkalized water as much as I possibly could. I was first introduced to the concept somewhere along my journey with cancer. Even if you are not raw it is beneficial IMO to look to raw supplement powders because they always tend to be made from whole, organic, healthy foods that are as close … [Read more...]

Transitioning Kids to REAL Food

By Tiffany 9 Comments

I often get questions about how to transition kids to healthier REAL foods. Like many, my own parenting career started with me feeding my kids the Standard American Diet (SAD). My oldest child got his start on formula followed by hot dogs, mac and cheese, pizza, chicken nuggets, deli meats, and the like. Some of that carried over to my second child because it was already established as the "good" food to my oldest. It wasn't until I quit working to stay home with my kids that I spent a large … [Read more...]
