Today kicks off Follow the Frog Week. What exactly is that you ask? Well, basically this initiative comes to us from the Rainforest Alliance and it is a week-long campaign that encourages individuals and businesses to celebrate sustainability by taking even one small step toward a greener lifestyle. Gearing Up for Hiking Season
These days I am pretty much all about CrossFit but I have not forgotten my other "love". Hiking. Give A Cluck – Choose Cage Free Eggs
In my mind there is nothing like farm fresh eggs from chickens who are pastured and allowed to roam and eat grass and bugs. They have deep orange colored yolks and they are out of this world tasty. I was always keen on the idea but since I was not in the market for a car I never investigated what was out there and I never realized just how many strides have already been taken to give us better options … [Read more...]

The issue of course is that we find ourselves unprepared to cook real food because we are so used to heat and serve style meals. When we want to cook and bake from scratch we need the right tools so that we can stick with his new lifestyle and not … [Read more...]
