I grew up eating pineapple oatmeal breakfast cookies and for many months now I have had a hankering for some. This past weekend I asked my mom for a refresher course on how to make them and after adapting the recipe a wee bit I have made these cookies for breakfast all week long. Butter Ball Cookies Recipe
A couple years ago I used to make rolled oat peanut butter balls for my kids. I decided to try to make them with almond butter and see how they turned out. They are a nice, not to sweet treat. They taste like granola and I think they would be even better with a few dates or raisins and cacao nibs in the mix too. Yum! These are not raw since rolled oats are not raw.
