We had primal meatloaf and mashed sweet potatoes last night. I made a bit more sweet potatoes then I knew we would need because I was already thinking about lunch for the following day. Nourishing Mushroom Leek Frittata Recipe
I make this meal quite often for breakfast or as an after CrossFit "power" meal. This serves one and it is sooooo delicious!
