By Tiffany 3 Comments

This recipe makes abut 10 medium size pancakes and is perfect for feeding two (usually me and my husband) but we easily double and triple this recipe for when the kids are home. It is quick and easy to make and oh so delicious and decadent... Sweet Potato Pancakes with Goat Cheese and Coconut 1/2 Cup coconut … [Read more...]

I don't want to list the exact recipe since we got it from The Primal Blueprint Cookbook but it would be a very wise time investment to pick it … [Read more...]

Amy & Brian Coconut Juice Review

By Tiffany 3 Comments

A few months back my husband and I fell in love with coconut juice/water. I had long known the claims surrounding it and we already used coconut oil, coconut flour, and the fresh meat from young coconuts for raw desserts, coconut yogurt and coconut kefir. Coconut is just all around one of the most AMAZING foods you can consume. But despite that we didn't buy the individual bottles of coconut juice. Water seemed to work just fine for our hydration needs. Earlier this year though my husband … [Read more...]
