I walk a fine line on this blog. I would like to say I brazenly talk about all the difficult stuff I might face as a mom but really I don't. Instead I blog more about the good stuff which can of course leave people with the impression that you are either perfect or dishonest. Food Inc. Movie
Am I the last green blogger to see this? Probably. But thanks to Netflix... yeah I must be the last person to try Netflix too... I am catching up on all those green documentaries I have been wanting to see and for dirt cheap I might add. Netflix rocks! Omega3 and DHA from Algae Instead of Fish Oils
Last week I posted about fish oils and why I feel they are superior to flax oils for Omega3 and DHA supplementation. With all the research that has been done into our body's ability to convert the flax into useful DHA I still think fish oils are superior for that purpose. Of course flax seeds are still beneficial on many levels. They just may not be the best source for DHA. Fish oils admittedly have their own issues though.
