A reader recently commented on this post, that she would like to know what I eat every day. A Diet for the New Year – Or Why I am Going Primal
When I posted about going grain free this week and also eschewing some other foods, I got many comments and emails asking what in the Sam Hill I WOULD be eating. I understand the confusion.
