One of the biggest environmental problems we face is packaging waste. Preserve Colanders – Recycled and BPA Free
All this week I have been using a Preserve colander in the kitchen. There is just no better kitchen gadget than a colander for washing all the fresh fruits and veggies we eat. Shampoo Bars – A Green Option
As I mentioned yesterday I am a big fan of shampoo bars. They are usually all I use in fact because they have a big green benefit...no waste. There is no plastic shampoo bottle to throw away and that could be quite a bit of plastic over time not entering the waste stream. Reusable Bottles BPA Free for Everyone!
I have dedicated a fair amount of time to exploring safe sippy cups and sports-type bottles for kids on this blog but haven't really explored the options for mom and dad. Of course it is important that we aren't sucking down BPA either and having a water bottle around is one of the best ways to ensure we actually drink our water throughout the day.
