This yummy juice recipe can be found in The Juicing Bible.  Insanely delicious! Even the kids, two of whom don't like bell peppers, liked it. Just juice 1 carrot, 2 celery stalks, 1 apple, 1/2 of a cucumber, 1/2 of a zucchini and 1/2 of a red bell pepper. Refreshing and ever so slightly sweet. The Yummiest Salad You’ll Ever Eat

This is the yummiest salad you'll ever eat or a close second or third. I swear it is sooooo very good. Since I got the recipe from a cookbook I am not going to reprint it but it essentially contains avocados, marinated artichoke hearts (Trader Joe's), Palm Hearts (Trader Joe's), Roma tomatoes, prosciutto, black olives, cilantro, lemon juice, and a vinaigrette using white balsamic vinegar. TGIF! Have an awesome weekend everyone! I had a wonderful vacation in Florida recently. My family stayed at a resort right next to The Magic Kingdom. Of course we had fun at the Disney parks but I think the kids enjoyed Sea World and the just hanging out at the pool the most. I was really excited to get home though...Florida was HOT and dry.
