I finally got to try some raw milk this week. I found a wonderful source for raw and organic dairy milk that is local to me and all this week we have been drinking this liquid gold. My kids and I LOVE it!
The first thing I noticed upon tasting it was that it is much more mild tasting then regular milk. It does not have that strong taste and after-taste that conventional milk has. It was simply delicious. :)
The second thing I noticed was that I was not curled up in a fetal position on my bed moaning all night! Yes, I have always considered myself to have milk allergies. I just don’t drink the stuff…ever.
So when I drank a full glass of raw milk last night I was expecting that I “might” have an upset tummy later on. But I didn’t…nothing, nilch, nada. I am not allergic to real milk…just the unhealthy fake variety sold in my local supermarket. What a find! Even at $8.00 a gallon this stuff will be a permanent fixture in my refrigerator.
Yes, How well I know what you are talkign about. I had a milk cow & sold it to a friend. We LOVED the milk it was something I couldnt do twice a day on a regual basis. I told the family that I bought the cow from that I still wanted to get milk from them. Well as time goes on the cow is not making enough milk for their family of eight sooooooooooo long story short we are out of raw milk now.
My son now has this cough about every 5 min & has been really acting “wild” out of controll, & I swear it is because we are no longer drinking that yummy milk!!!!!
I live in Myrtle Beach ,SC (24 years now) and would like to find a sourse of (real) raw cows milk which I grew up on. I am 87 years old and take no drugs of any kind,
