Last week I shot a quick video of my daughter making a green smoothie in the kitchen with the help of our Kinder Perch. I just have to smile when she says “yummy, spinach”. And in case anyone wonders I stopped the camera to let my son put his little spinach leaf in…LOL.
Be sure to check out my Green Smoothie Recipes book.
Okay, they are too precious! I love green smoothies, and so does my son, but your kids look like they’re having so much fun!
We’ve been making green popsicles (frozen smoothies) for my 2 year old daughter since just before St. Patrick’s Day, and she loves them! It’s a fantastic way to get her to eat spinach & bananas, which she doesn’t often eat. We also add yogurt, honey and a bit of milk. Mmmm!
I love seeing kiddos getting involved in the kitchen. Kids love to eat what they helped make so that’s a fantastic way to get them to expand their horizons!
I just love your video!! Your kids are too cute and what very good helpers you have. I can’t wait to introduce my children to green smoothies someday (we our pregnant with our first baby:) Thanks for sharing!!
That is such a cute video! You have such an adorable family. :)
Cheers,
Kristen
I am on the bandwagon and have been making them for a few days now. I’m looking for kale but can’t find it here.
Too cute! I have to say your cupboards look suspiciously clean. Are they always that way? LOL! I like the idea of the green popsicles too, Skylar!
How adorable. I love that your son kept wanting to get in on the action. Reminds me of my second born. Looks yummy, too.

Linda,
The camera must have caught me on a good day. I did wipe down the counter before filming. ;)
