The Chiller – Green Juice Recipe

by Tiffany in Recipes

bell pepper apple carrot juice sm

This yummy juice recipe can be found in The Juicing Bible.  Insanely delicious! Even the kids, two of whom don’t like bell peppers, liked it. Just juice 1 carrot, 2 celery stalks, 1 apple, 1/2 of a cucumber, 1/2 of a zucchini and 1/2 of a red bell pepper. Refreshing and ever so slightly sweet.

And the pulp was so pretty… enjoy!

Sounds interesting!  Hubby and I got a juicer for Christmas and have been trying different things. I am having a hard time with the green juices (but I love green smoothies) so I have to keep trying.  He wants to do a 10 juice fast but I need more than fruit juices so before I can do it, I have to come up with ones I like. Might give this one a go!

Hi. I received a Breville Juicer for Christmas and have been juicing insane amounts of vegetables since then. I also recently purchased The Juicing Bible; however, I have not made the juice you introduced today. Moments ago, I made the combination you wrote about above, and it is delicious. Thank you, thank you! What are your favorite flavor combinations? Thanks again.

Thanks for the recipe.  I want to get into juicing again and would definitely like to include some veggies.  Question — what you do with all the pulp?  Hate to waste it, especially since organic fruits and veggies are so pricey!!

If you have a dehydrator you can make chips with it but mostly I compost it.
