Feeling so jazzed today. I grew up in the Southwest and was a real water baby for pretty much my whole life. Growing up we always had an in ground pool and for 9 months out of the year I would spend most of my free time in the water.... that or roller blading. In general I am a believer in supplementation. While I do believe that we should always aim to get everything we need from food I think this is not always possible.
