I created this recipe shortly before I started the Whole30, which I did all last month. Sweet Potato Pancakes with Goat Cheese and Coconut
We had primal meatloaf and mashed sweet potatoes last night. I made a bit more sweet potatoes then I knew we would need because I was already thinking about lunch for the following day. Butter Ball Cookies Recipe
A couple years ago I used to make rolled oat peanut butter balls for my kids. I decided to try to make them with almond butter and see how they turned out. They are a nice, not to sweet treat. They taste like granola and I think they would be even better with a few dates or raisins and cacao nibs in the mix too. Yum! These are not raw since rolled oats are not raw.
