I Promise Not to Suffer – Hiking From Mexico to Canada

By Tiffany 5 Comments

Hiking is a big love of mine. As I have mentioned before it has always been a dream of mine to through hike the AT (Appalachian Trail) which runs from Georgia to Maine. It takes about six months to do and I have read about a dozen books written by hikers who have made the journey. I read these books and dream about "someday". I want to know as much as I can about what it takes mentally and physically to do these long distance hikes. I also love reading about the adventures of others. Despite … [Read more...]

By Tiffany 4 Comments

I especially like to read books about extended travel with families because it is a dream of mine. When I agreed to review Michael Lanza's book Before They're Gone: A Family's Year-Long … [Read more...]

Now the ones that were perfect are less so, as I start my journey with paleo, and the one that I was simply curious about is not as much help as I would have hoped. The world is full of surprises I guess. I never imagined I would do a 180 on my diet but when you feel the urge to make the change you just have to trust that you have done your … [Read more...]
