I read a hefty share of travel memoirs every year. I used to travel quite extensively prior to having kids but my pursuit of greener living and also the cost of travel with family has essentially grounded me. Reading travel books is my mental getaway to exotic places where adventure is just around the corner. With less than 100 pages it is a pretty fast read and I loved the fact that the cover was made from brown packing paper... it just screams minimalism and voluntary simplicity.
