Recipe for Green Tea Ice Cream:
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk and 3/4 cup sugar until the sugar is dissolved, 2-3 minutes. Whisk in 2 cups heavy cream. One tablespoon at a time, add 4 tablespoons green tea powder, whisking continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze. Voila!
